BetweenBrokers is a private network for actively licensed real estate brokers and agents. You must hold an active real estate license in good standing, provide accurate license information, and keep it current. We verify licenses against state licensing authorities and may re-verify at any time. If your license lapses, is suspended or revoked, your access ends.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that govern your license, including your state's real estate license law, agency and disclosure requirements, advertising rules, and the NAR Clear Cooperation Policy where it applies to you. Nothing on BetweenBrokers relieves you of any professional obligation. Residential availability signals must never identify a specific for-sale property.

Posts and Shop Talk are for real estate business: buyer needs, availability signals, market discussion, and professional referrals (lenders, stagers, photographers, contractors and similar). No advertising of unrelated products or services, no solicitation of members for other ventures, no job recruiting without consent, and no spam.

No profanity directed at others, harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks. No false or misleading postings. Treat the room like a brokerage floor with your license on the line — because it is.

Member posts, contact details, and deal information are shared for member use inside BetweenBrokers. Do not scrape, republish, or redistribute network content outside the platform without the author's consent.

You own what you post and are responsible for it. You grant BetweenBrokers a license to display your content to members and, in redacted form, in network previews. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

BetweenBrokers is a communications platform. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not broker real estate, and we make no representation about any member, post, or deal. Verify everything yourself; deals are between you and the other broker.

BetweenBrokers is currently provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may introduce paid plans with notice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
